LYNN LOTT is known for her lively, playful, interactive and impactful work. Since 1970, she has been counseling, teaching, training, writing and encouraging people around the globe. She has authored and co-authored over 20 books and manuals and is cofounder of the Positive Discipline Association, and founder of Encouragement Consulting Workshops. DRU WEST is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice since 1992. She works with individuals and couples. Dru attended both San Francisco State University and the University of San Francisco, where she earned a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Dru trained with Lynn Lott at the Family Education Center and is grateful for the many insights and skills taught by Lynn.
